What I need to do so the function keys on the keyboard will be make sounds when I pressed

this is an interesting idea but please don't double post; this and other good ideas belong more properly in the New Features subsection of the Software Improvement forum.
Yes I myself and many others just go to general discussion and post and technically that is ok , but i think we need to police ourselves and try to be better about putting posts in the right spot because it's already difficult to search sometimes and as the site gets bigger everyday,the problem could grow.
This might be something you could accomplish in a skin.

on the options tab go to keyboard shortcuts and if they are not pressent press add shortcut
choose value Sampler> play sample
then
choose a value 1 thru 12
ie 2 plays sample 2 then press ok
repeat
choose value Sampler> play sample
then
choose a value 1 thru 12
ie 2 plays sample 2 then press ok
repeat
