It should be beta real soon for Mac and hopefully we'll have a gold master/final candidate release after that.
I'm anticipating a beta release as early as this week, but probably next week, and then depending on how stable the beta is to begin with, I'd say we'll see a final candidate within 2-4 weeks after beta testing has ended.
At this point it's looking like the end of February at the earliest, probably a March release for VDJ Mac.
That's just my opinion though. =)

No, Macs won't run .dll or .exe natively (thank gawd).
But there are options that are on the horizon that will let you run windows apps within Mac OS X WITHOUT windows at all!
