Hi,
I believe I've been having that unfixable hissing problem with my MK2. If I were to pick up one of those external USB soundcards, would I be able to use the Hercules as a controller/mixer and use the new sound card for audio out to my amp? My Hercules MK2 sends noise to my sound system (I can hear myself scrolling the mouse wheel through the speakers). Would the Herc work along side of another soundcard, or was the MK2 noise issue solve and I missed it?
Thanks,
Brett

you have to look carefully in the fotum about your problem before buying a new soundcard because nobody gave up with problems on mk2. check in
Hardware Technical Support in the forum and i'm sure that you wilkl find a solution.
For your question the answer is yes you can use mk2 as a controller even if you have another soundcard just enable it on the controllers confiq.

have you tried running the console in asio mode
on the console control pannel choose asio mode
and
on vdj
inputs:none
outputs:none
Cards: asio
driver > mk2
