Me too! Tell me if you find any help. I read a string of posts from December 6, 2006. Someone else was having the same problem, but they never solved it.

I have the problem aswell. Nobody seems to know how to sort it out, or they are not saying. I've signed up to napster so I can use the Global Database, I think it's £15 down the drain if I can't use it. Can anybody from VDJ support tech support help. If I can't sort it might get rid of VDJ all together and use some other software. Fancy having a good feature on it if you can't use it. It's doing my head in.

I personally use Napster and love it, however I never use the Global Database as there is no need and I dont let the machine touch the net while usin VDJ as I have all my processes shut off. You arent losin money as you can download before the show and if u really want to use Napster while show is running just open Napster and download away and VDJ will see the new music and all you simply need to do is just add that folder to the search database.

so how do you move napster files to VDJ music folders. I've tired but the napster software won't let me move them from my napster libary to a folder of my choice. I'm still learning with VDJ.

You don't move the folders anywhere. You go into VDJ and click on the little plus next to my computer in vdj, locate the folder there and add to favorites, then add to search database, then analyze. Thats it and it works flawless.
