Right, after a couple of posts, i'm not getting any responses that are helping me.
Would anyone be happy to give me some help on msn with my tinecoded CD's? If so please PM me your details and i'll add you.

best bet like we discussed is to reduce the timecode volume 13 db :)

13 ? :DDD

Well audition would only allow me to reduce it to -12db, not 13 so i tried that and it worked. 100% timecode signal quality!
I have to do some tweaking i think though. In smart mode when i load a track, i get a pop before it plays. Is this normal?
Should i be expecting good results from this, or are my expectations too high?

Question, how come nobody's changed the timecode file available on the website, or at least made an alternative version so that people know what to try if they're having problems.
I wonder how many people have been put off the software because they burnt a timecode cd, but it didn't work? If you don't read the forums often, it's something you could easily miss.
Prehaps a VIP or moderator could mention it to the development/website team.

after some more research i have discovered that it is better to use the asio for all drivers
www.asio4alll.com
with the maya then configure the maya drivers apear to have bad latencies.
and this cn lead to bad signal and quality

Thanks Sky,
I'll try the asio4all drivers. I've been happy with my tccd so far, except when i hit play i get a 'pop' and its very hard to cue the track to play from the beginning.
I'll give the other drivers a go and see if that helps.

Just how much better are the asio4all driver latencies as compared to the maya44usb asio driver?
I would imagine i need a standard wdm driver for the maya installed to use the asio4all, but all i can find are asio drivers for the maya.
Can someone clarify all this for me please? I'm quite a new timecode user (i'm using cd) and i want to get the best from my system.
