I just bought it and I can't play my music. What am I doing wrong or have to do? The demo worked fine. I hit desktop and my media player files showed up in the box but they had a yellow question mark by the cd icon which I understand means not loaded. How do I load my files?

so youv dragged it onto a deck hit play and nothing happened yes?

try a reinstall
 
I did that and it still doesn't work.

No, but the case said it didn't have to be. They are wav. files.
 
ok that should be fine . what sound config options do you have ?
 
Primary sound driver or conexant hd audio output. Then below that two choices that have a box to check, software 3d or output 7.1
 
Since my cd icons have that yellow question mark that means my songs aren't loaded, how do I load them?
 
the question mark meens they havent been analized yet

right click on local datbase and press scan hardrive

i suggest you aslo make a support ticket explaining your difficulty playing tracks
