I just installed the latest update of the drivers of Hercules DJ Console MK2.
I opened virtual dj, and wanted to listen with my headphone to deck A & B, but I can't hear anything. The Mix and Split stuff do work, but the A & B deck don't.
Can someone help me? I have looked in the settings of VirtualDJ and in the driver settings, but can't find a thing.
Helppp!!!!
grtz,

Are you using one output from the MK2 to the mixer, or are you trying to use it in mixer mode?? This means alot. If you are using one output go to Sound Settings in VDJ and select
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphone
S. Card: MK2

I'm now having this same issue. It works with 3.4.1 but using 4.2 or 4.3 will now output sounds to the headphones when the Hercules MK2 is switched to DECK A or B. Any ideas?
Here is the info I sent to tech support:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Switching to DECK A or DECK B on a Hercules MK2 with Virtual DJ 4.3 will not return any sound.
So the problem I'm having now is that the MK2 is not working properly with Virtual DJ 4.3. There is no audio on the headphones when switched to DECK A or DECK B. There is Audio when switched to MIX, and audio on SPLIT (though it plays the MIX instead of SPLIT).
I installed Virtual DJ 3.4.1 and found that this version of Virtual DJ has no problems with the MK2. Everything works like it should with 3.4.1 and the MK2. It's only with 4.3 that it stops outputing audio via the headphones when switching the switch to DECK A or B.

That problem also exists in 4.2 but I have been told it's fixed in 4.3

on 4.2 / 4.3 demos please confirm this , *have you set it to
inputs : none
outputs: headphones
channels 1/2 main 3/4 headphones*
latency : auto
untick safe and overclock.
if so , try a console reinstall or using the console in asio mode:
inputs : none
outputs: headphones
Card: ASIO
driver : mk2
Channels 1/2 main 3/4 headphones
for me it works perfectly infact i use it every day

It is not working with 4.3. So far, on Vista...I've only gotten it to work with 3.4.1

Thanks for the suggestion in making the following settings:
Inputs: none
Outputs: Headphones
Channels 1/2 main 3/4 headphones
That worked!
