Looks like VDJ will play both 44.1k and 48k .wav files.. and 48k .aif files, but won't play 44.1k .aif files.
For me, the 44.1k AIF files play for about a second. There is only a small amount of data that shows in the waveform window. The files play back fine with other apps.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Ok....
Tracked it down to an issue with Pro-Tools HD. Seems that for some reason, VDJ doen't like 44/16 files Pro-Tools ouputs as wtih "Export" or "Bounce to Disc".
VDJ plays back 44/16 files copied from CD's just fine, as well as 44/16 .wav and 48/16 .wav and .aif files from Pro-Tools.
I'm actually doing an evaluation of the Mac version by a paid user. I have not been given a copy of the license. So far, everything I've seen looks like someone's really done their homework. The first Mac version seems very stable.

I'm having trouble with all .wav or .aif files, no matter if it's bounced from Pro-Tools or not...(but the dev. team already knows that..hehe)
How did you get your .wav/.aif to play?? Is it possible that you could send me one of your working files?? Would be nice to try a confirmed working .wav on my system to see if it helps...
