Just downloaded 4.3 (prompted to update) and what a MISH !
Finally have installed & wanting to download some skins & samples.
However, when downloading skins & samples with both Firefox & IE7
they are saved to the desktop. But in a format that you can't open ?
Haven't done this in a looong while, do I have to move these items into their
proper folders in the VDJ folder found in the Program Files ?
LOL I just expected the downloaded files to be instantly installed.
Any advice be surely appreciated

if they are .exe just run the installer this is mostly the case
if they are skin files .zip
copy them to C:/programfiles/virtualdj/skins
if they are sound fx .dl copy them here
/virtualdj/soundfx
or /videofx if they are video effects
it is advisable not to use a download manager as this can cause issues
