Sujet: Crash on startup

I downloaded the trail version and the minute I load VirtualDJ, I get a message saying
virtauldj_trail.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The error report gives me this information

AppName: virtualdj_trail.exe AppVer: 4.2.0.0 ModName: virtualdj_trail.exe
ModVer: 4.2.0.0 Offset: 0005fc73

What is going on?

try a reinstall
 
Plus "IF" u have used crack version b4 on the pc, do remove it completely as it would mess up the trial VDJ:))
 
And download trial again, it may be corrupted.
 
I've done all that and I am still getting that same message. Once I load up VDJ, I get to choose the interface and after the splash screen pops up, I get the crash message.

Have not been using a crack. I am just downloading the trial installer.

the Trial program works on my other computer.

Am I a first case for having an issue such as this? I can't seem to find anyone else with similar problems on the forums.
 
what windows do you use ?

whats your machine specification?
 
Hm, sound like a buggy Windows to me, you should reinstall it. I know it is a pain in the grass :) , but it will make you start somewhere.
Let us know what you did for future reference ;)
 
Also check to see how many background processes you have runnin, Mine runs at about 22 while I am djin. Now Vista I have no idea what I can get rid of.
