I'm getting the message on a copy that I just purchased. I know for a fact that it isn't because I had a "cracked copy" installed on my machine, due to the fact that this machine was brand new out of the box. I configured the machine, went straight to the website, and purchased another copy of VDJ pro. I have this installed on a number of other machines running XP and have never had this problem, is it an issue with Vista?
By the way, I have a support ticket open, but it is a royal pain in the arse trying to fix problems via instant messaging. It would be wonderful to be able to speak to a live person!!

Only the team can fix this problem, and the best way to contact them is by opening a support ticket.
