purchased 5.0 and I was billed but I never received the software download?

Did you receive a reply e-mail with your receipt after paying the bill? It should have a serial number in it, you need to click on 'Modify my profile' on this website and add that serial number. Once you do that, you should be able to download VirtualDJ.

Check your Spam Filter. Sometime Emails from companies are caught by the spam filter.

checked my spam folder and nothing I sent a email to virtual dj tech support and swreg with my issue and order number. not sure what else I can do

Check the downloads section here on the forum and see if it is there.
