The objective is to dj from the laptop via the sound card. Im connecting my sound card which is an m-audio conectiv to my left side USB port. I have changed the cable three times and bought new rca cables. Denon 5000\'s connected to input and output to denon 1500 mixer. My last solution is to reformat my macbook pro and only have vdj on it and no others such as office, adobe reader, toast, etc. I do appreciate it thanks.

Thanks again,

I believe that the Mac version currently only supports the Virtual Vinyl soundcard for timecode use. (unless something changed in my recent absence)

It's not an issue that you need to re-format for. I get that message sometimes on the windows side when I have the timecodes enabled in config/sound options but do not have my Virtual Vinyl box plugged into my usb port.
