I bought DJ Mix Station 3 from my local Best Buy last year. I used the program for several months with no problem, Then all of a sudden an error pops up sayn the disc is a bootleg or something like that? I called Best Buy and they said I had to contact you guys? And I dont have my serial number to try and reinstall the program! What can I do about this?

Apologies then unfortunately best bet is to contact EJay and provide a proof of purchase.
Due to a recent legal disagreement with EJay all copies where locked , all copies with a Registered serial have since been unlocked as a gesture of good faith to these users.
