many people have had this problem and i have read many of the same topics and performed all the things they they did to fix there problem...the most recent thing i did was removed all verturial dj files from my registry and reinstall the program and is says the same thing .....any one who has had this problem please help me i have tried everything and the support center is of no help...why is the database for the program not configuring right and what's up withthe skin file

My idea...:
Did you use "multiusers" option?
If it is the case you should have 2 space in the registry: one in local_machine and the other in current_user
