We were using the RMX at a karaoke gig and running video. For some reason I had to jiggle the crossfader a little bit to get sound out of the other channel. This happen every time we loaded a new track on the left channel. Any idea what we could do to make this work correctly? I did try to restart the computer. We also have the same computer and another board and it seems to be working fine. Please help

I have a ticket in for this issue. Basically if you setup the RMX as a midi controller, it doesnt happen, but a lot of other stuff doesnt work. You can also try settings your fader in full mode in the config. It wont be so noticeable. That is my only complaint about this controller and I am surprised not more people bring up this issue.
