my virtual dj has only 2 turntables, i'd like to add another 1 - 2 turntables to the program for acapellas etc.

No. It's technically possible, but would be a right pain to implement and control - the third deck wouldn't be able to display anything in the skin, only in the plugin window or a seperate window. It wouldn't be able to use the soundcard (in ASIO mode) or MIDI devices already in use by VDJ.
VDJ already supports multiple instances, so you can run multiple decks that way.
Even if this was implemented, it would likely be professional edition only anyway I'm afraid.
