If you change the tempo of a song, it will change the key.
IE: If you speed up a song, it will sound like \"the smurfs\"

But if you select "key lock", it will not change the key.

"Key lock" will lock the current key then allow you to change the tempo without affecting the key.

"Master Tempo" will lock the key at it's base value (as if pitch was at 0%) then allow you to change the tempo without affecting the key.

If you're already playing the track, and aren't at 0% pitch you want key_lock - otherwise the key will jump suddenly when activated when using master_tempo.

erxon,

"Keylock is the same as Master Tempo, but it also has the ability
to lock to the current pitch and than stretch the song to a desired
bpm, while Master Tempo first resets the pitch to zero and than
stretches the track."

That explains what I wanted to know between Keylock and Mastertempo. Thank you very much.
