Hey everyone, I have a Numark DMC-2 and after last night's gig I noticed the pitch slider had popped out. I don't really think it's broken actually but I've been trying everything to get it to pop back into place but can't seem to get back in there tight. If someone from Numark is on here, could I get this fixed under warranty, and I don't know how long my manufacturer's warranty is on this either, or is there some simple solution to get this fixed?

Wouldn't it be best to contact Numark directly with this request about Warranty??

Hi there sorry to hear of your issue.
This should be fixable under the warranty internationally.
In the EU one year is offered however I believe this may be longer in the US.
