I just purchased Qty 2 Asus Laptops that will be dedicated to running VDJ, they came with Windows Vista (64) home premium, will VDJ run properly?
What is the recommended Win OS platform that VDJ will run optimally on?
Are there any recommendations on what to strip out of Windows, any config suggestions etc.... that will enable VDJ to run at it's peak?

VDJ will run fine on Vista ;)
Dont strip out anything of Vista (not really needed), and make sure its always up to date.
Only thing you can (almost must) turn off is UCA
This is a very annoying feature in Vista, and can lead to any program to freeze
Just turn it off ;)
