I just got the ion icue yesterday and registered here today after finding out I can download skins etc. So it seems I have to register my product in my profile before I can download, I went to do that but it says that the serial is already registered.
I bought it off ebay but it was one used for display and not second hand.
I'm a little disappointed as I can't download anything now. Is there any way I can fix this?
