I need to optimize (tweak) my settings. The default external control settingswith CDJ1000's are horrible. Please see my linked pics:

What tweaks can I do to get the best performance when using external control with CDJ1000's? When I cue up and stutter on the CDJ, it slips, even slides off the cue point. Help!

Well I don't know about your slipping cue points but after looking at the "timecode detailed" pic I see that you have perfect circles but the gain is way too low. Clicking "auto-config" should fix this so you get a stronger incoming signal (and much bigger circles). Or you can just increase the gain slider until the circles are nice and big and fill the box.
