Anyone had any success? Is it even there or is it just PC version. I have not bother to try the beta. Need my machines clean for the weekend. But was curious if anyone has been able to get them to work useing 1 or two of them native on VDJ Mac

I was able to get my deck to work on one side, but could not figure out how to make it switch to the next deck... To me the most logical way of doing it would be the eject button, but apparently VDJ does not feel the same way i do... :-) The eject button is now for beat matching...
Matter of fact, when i tried to change it, i could not even find a select option in the list...

God only knows... I was able to get the deck to work in midi mode in VDJ 5.2, but the midi signal from the Denon doesnt appear to be stable... I had my first crash in 2 years... I didnt even have any cd's in the dj booth to switch to... It was a long couple of minutes while i restarted my computer... I unplugged the Denon and havnt had any problems since...

I gave 6.0 a shot myself with the 3700's I got one of them to work semi well. The buttons are all messed up and the work flow is terrbile. Different buttons do different things but all in all the spinning platter works which is the major thing. It seems very slow though. One complete spin back on the platter and the song goes back like 2 beats. like the %% needs to be turned up. Couldnt figure out how to get two of the 3700 to work tho. Maybe someone can help me out on that.

I cant figure it out either... I just want to use 1 deck, and like the ICDX, i would like to use the eject button to switch between decks... Is this too much to ask????

I actually have a RA # to send this unit back to Pro Sound... I would love to keep it if its going to be a good working controller for me, if i have to use it as a cd player then no way... It sounds like crap as a cd player especially with the key lock on...
Whatever you can find out i would be very greatful, they dont like me at Denon because i made a comment about why i would not use there deck as a cd player... :-)

Yea me too bud, this is exactly why ive stoped messing about with VDJ. The support is terrible and you can never get any answers!

Yes, the Mac Version is BETA and it's been reported and there currently is not a new beta version available.

The Mac version will be released. Why release a beta if they arent working on it??
If you read other threads in the forum you will notice that hints to a new update are there - and i would guess not too far away.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Mac version proper is released then. (but i am purely speculating)

Thanks for your comments, i am trying to keep a better attitude about this... Its not always easy, especially after days turn into weeks, and now weeks are into months... A heads up from VDJ/Cue would be nice as to how its coming along... Maybe there wouldn't be so many disappointed dj's on here...

The Mac and PC versions are being worked together ... for the most part if you have seen comments about the Denon controllers or any other comments on other issues about being worked on and resolved -- then you can expect those to be happening in the Mac as well.
Sometimes - silence is golden - if we aren't talking here, it is most likely because we are working hard on improving the next version. I can however tell you that for the majority you will be pleased with the results.
