I've just bought a Hercules Remix with the default VDJ software and everything is working fine etc BUT:
There is no control panel - it just says "More" and to upgrade. Surely the default software has a control panel for me to create shortcuts, adjust cross fader settings etc?
Please help!!

Indeed, this version, which can only be used with the Rmx btw, has no configuration possible.
It was meant to provide a software that worked out of the box without having to wrestle with configurations. Obviously, it's problematic if you want more,, but you are also entitled to a rebate if you want to purchase the Pro version:
