Sujet SCS.3M mapper installation Help

I am having problems getting the SCS.3M mapper made by cstool to pick up in virtual dj. Unfortunately, the only options it shows is keyboard & simple midi mapper. can anyone help guide me on setting this thing up? thanks in advance!
