Sujet Almost Every Song: ERROR

Almost every song I have says ERROR when loading to a deck.
It's pretty much every filetype, I've only gotten a few songs to work.

I've tried changing the codec (m4a to use quicktime)
but I've had no success. I've put in a support ticket,
but the faster this is fixed the better. I can't find any
kind of error log. If I could see more specifically what
the error was I might be able to fix it, or provide more
details. But alas there's no information of any kind
only the message: ERROR on the deck.

Any suggestions, tips, or advice? Is there an error log I can find?

Did you move your music to a different folder? If so you need to re-add that the new folder to the VDJ database.

I have the latest version. My music is on an external drive. It's not like the files don't show up I don't think the database is the problem because it's completely random which songs play and which don't. Even songs from the same disc some will play, some will not.

take the xml file from VDJ on your local en external disc and throw it away.
then you restart itunes and shut it down.
then restart VDJ and now it makes new XML file's....normaly the problem is fixt now.

try also to move the music files to another folder and try again
