Sujet problem for effect without *.INI

i noticed effects without the *.ini file won't work in VDJ
i've got about 10~20 dlls without ini and they won't work
how do i fix it?

INI files are not part of the install, they are generated when the plugin declares a parameter. There is another reason why those plugins don't work. Which plugins?
