This is probably a dumb question, but is there a way to map the lights to light up when a button is active and shut off when its not (mainly talking about the kill buttons and the effect buttons)? or better yet, are there even lights in those buttons? lol. any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

If the button flashes when your console starts up, it can be turned on. See comands here: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VDJscript_verbs.html
