Sujet is there a way to reload after the program is deleted

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

it seem that the program never dowloaded and now i dont know how to get it back
is there a way to get it into my computer with out having to ppay again

contact E-Service and they will allow the download again.
