Sujet Audio 4 DJ / Vinyl Timecode issue

Hey Everyone....

I have a MBP with VDJ 6.1.2... I use it with Denon 4500 and all is good. I have a second rig with 2 1200's and the NI Audio4DJ....

I am using Traktor TimeCodes and I am getting no signal in the setup. Even after selecting the Traktor time code vinyl in the setting.

I have used VDJ 6.1.2 on Windows 7 fine with the Audio4DJ and Traktor time code vinyl so why wont the time codes and work on the Mac?

My settings are correct and VDJ recognizes the Audio4DJ in the setup... Just no signal :0(

Does this mean VDJ 7.0.2 is capable of playing timecode with Native Instruments Audio 4?

I have an Audio 8 which I kept for months now since I switched to Mac because I can't use it with timecode.

I better start diggin' and test it.

By the way, would it work with timecode CDs?

Confirmed! :) Audio 8 DJ can now be used for timecode with VDJ 7.0.2 with just a little but... :(

I can't view timecode configurations. I tried so many times but everytime I click on the "timecode config" button or the "apply" button after setting the inputs and outputs on the advance configuration panel, VDJ freezes. So I have to click "OK" directly.

Is my Audio 8 DJ pre-configured behind the scene?

Specs: Mac OS 10.6.4

Thanks for the info! I updated to VDJ7 and the Audio 4DJ works great with the timecodes! I use the Traktor Timecodes not the Serato and they work just fine!!

Vdj 7 doesn t work well with timecode . It has a lot of issues . Vdj 6.0.2 or 6.0.3 works almost perfect with timecode but it didn t suport native instruments soundcards . Vdj 7 support NI soundcards but works vey bad with timecode . It did n stay on beat even using manually sync . If i press sync it shows the same bpm on both decks , the waveforms are ok but it s not in sync at all ..... This is a big issue for me cause i have gigs when i m using only midi (vdj7.0.4 with denon mc6000) , and i have also gigs when i m using timecodes , so i have to keep vdj 6.0.3 installed . I can t understand why vdj 7 has that problems . I ve tried with m audio conectiv , NI audio 8 , and the numark souncard that comes with the virtualvinyl package . Even if i m using serato timecode it has the same problem . It looks like is in sync but it doesn t . So i have to beatsync manually witch takes time and attention and i can t be same creative , i can t do a lot of mashups and stuff ... . SO WHY VDJ 7 WORK WITH TIMECODE WORSE THAT VDJ 6 ?
