Hi, im having issues with sound quality. Every now and then the sound quality goes really crackly. It stops if i toggle on safe mode in performances, but then goes crackly again after a while and stops if i toggle off safe mode again. Im running VDJ Pro 7 (yes its a paid for copy!), with CDJ400's. Should i have my songs on a external hard drive. My laptops a high end dell studio so should have no issues as it only has VDJ and songs on it and i dont use it for anything else. Please help!!
Thanks
Sam

When the sound cracks, does the CPU bar spike?

This may be caused by performance issues with your computer.

how come this does not happen with traktor? cpu spiking or not the sound quality remains... I hope VDJ 8 comes out soon with a whole lot of fixes, traktor being only 89.99 and VDJ at 299 and traktor can do all VDJ does and more minus the video. Im a dissapointed VDJ customer, the reason I bought VDJ in the first place was so I could broadcast online and even that I'm having problems with, as well, I just found out Traktor can broadcast as well, guess I shouldda done my research
