To load new samples on Mac, please do the following:
(1) Download the appropriate samples from the samples download area http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/samples.html and save these in an appropriate folder on your hard disk, e.g: /users/YOURNAME/Documents/VirtualDJ/Samples or /users/YOURNAME/Library/VirtualDJ/Samples for new installations of VirtualDJ v7.0.3
NOTE: Do not try to open the sample file. Save it to disk only.
(2) In VirtualDJ, go to the Sampler section.
(3) Click on the bullet button to the top-right of the sample slot you wish to load a sample into. Choose Load from the pop-up menu.
(4) Browse to the above location where you saved the samples and choose the sample you wish to load.

Sorry, this is not currently possible. However, you can load different samples into the slots on demand, using VDJscript assigned to keys of your choice (sampler 1 load "my file.mp3") - See http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4149/VDJscript_Mapping.html
