hi all,
I just purchased an hercules rmx which came with vdj5 and upgraded it to vdj7.
I have two problems with the unit.
1st- Im experimenting with mappers, does anyone recommend one over the other?
2nd- With virtual dj 5, i noticed the sync button would correctly work (meaning it would sync the bpm and location to the another track playing) However since i've upgraded to vdj7, every time i press the sync button nothing happens (other than the blue led light going on). Also im not exactly sure what the beat lock does, but it appears to be doing the same thing.
Advice?

turn off beat lock if you don't scratch and get a mapper 7.0 and up.Are you using VDJ 7 or VDJ 5 ?
