Hello,
I recently purchased the new Denon DN-MC6000 MIDI controller. When I was at my gig on Saturday I was having communication issues between the controller and VDJ. I would load a track and the gain would jump randomly (when I hit play on the MIDI controller the gain would jump up or down). This would also happen with the pitch when I would load a track. I have the latest version of Virtual DJ and need to know if this might be an issue with VDJ. Denon claims it has nothing to do with the MIDI controller.

you probably have beatlock or smart play enabled, just disable them

While Virtualdj is loading a song, and you press play before it finishes with loading, then the song will play at the original recorded level (db). After Virtualdj fully loads the song then it will automatically bring that song to 0db level. So you need to wait until Virtualdj finishes loading before you press PLAY, if you dont want to have that sound gain issue.

To avoid this we would recommend pre-analysing your music collection.
Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/3972/Pre-analysing_your_music_collection.html
NOTE: VirtualDJ LE is limited software, so creating filter folders may not be possible in this version. You can upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
