Sujet Vista 32 bit...blow out!

Ok, I have downloaded this several times and I have even changed the resolution to 1280 X 800 32 bit 60 Hz...but no luck! It still looks like I have a computer built back when Pong was the game of the year! So can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
