Sujet numark cue and reloop play usb interface

hi there..i'm running the latest numark cue with reloop play usb interface and when i start the software cue hangs and wont play unless i disconnect and reconnect the reloop usb interface...and after that it plays for a few seconds and then freezes again.. need some help here guys

laptop is the packardbell tk 85..reloop play usb interface...numark mixtrack controller...on windows 7 ultimate
