Sujet Hercules RMX jog wheels only fast forward!

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

First off i want to thank everyone on this forum, ive had tons of problems getting my set-up off the ground and have found helpful answers to all of my problems so far on the board, have my RMX working perfectly with VDJ Pro 6.0.1.

well, perfectly except for one problem i couldnt find an answer to- the jog wheels on my RMX seem to only go forwards. tried everything i could think of and couldnt find a post with the same problem. whats the deal, has anyone else had this happen to them? its not a life-ending problem but it would be nice to get full functionality out of my jog wheels so i could eliminate having to reach over to the mouse every time i need to backtrack.

any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

v6.0.1 is a very old and out of date version of the software. There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.0.4

Please register your serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then upgrade to the latest version: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Or purchase the latest version from the following page: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Your RMX VirtualDJ Console Edition entitles you to a considerable discount ($149 instead of $299.)

You can try it out before purchasing for 10 minutes at a time in the latest VirtualDJ Home FREE: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

NOTE: After 10 minutes, Home FREE will revert back to mouse and keyboard control only until you next restart the software.
Please ensure that you have the latest DJ Console drivers and firmware installed.

Please also ensure that you have the latest DJ Console drivers and firmware installed.

A link to download this can be found on the following page:

http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html

When installing, make sure that you follow the on-screen wizard instructions exactly. If any Windows 'found new hardware' prompts come up, please ignore them.
