I have an older version of virtual dj 5.2 version. Can the numark mixtrack be used with that version?.. if so .how?.. if not If i get miixtrack pro that comes with virtual dj le... am i able to use controller unlimited for the 2.. or only 1 min at at a time lie the home version. Please let me kno ASAP seeing i am djing friday night

v5.2 is an old and out of date version of the software. It is too old and has no native support for the Numark MixDeck. It is not compatible with this new controller.
There have been many changes and improvements to the software since v5.2 (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.0.4
You will either need to use VirtualDJ LE if this came included with your MixDeck or purchase the latest full VirtualDJ Pro v7.0.4: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - If you have VirtualDJ LE, then you can upgrade to the full Pro at a considerable discount. To upgrade, enter your VirtualDJ LE serial number in the box provided on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
