It's driving me crazy! I go to effect, click Sonique, I open the visual I want to use, but when I activate it --it just doesn't show up! I've tried this with several visuals from the XMPlay website, all of which don't work.
EDIT: Actually, ALL of my video effects wont work. I even followed the video guide that was posted on the forums. I'm not getting anything in the visuals window.

NOTE: Care should be taken with Sonique plugins downloaded from 3rd party sites. Some may not be compatible and could cause the software to crash. Reading your post, I noticed you stated that ALL of my video effects wont work, just as a thought, in VDJ config, have you unchecked the box in video settings 'Use Hardware Acceleration', as this would stop any visuals and videos playing!! certainly if your extending them to an additional monitor or large screen..
