Hi there,
For some reason Virtual DJ has stopped loading and music from itunes that I add. I can access everything up that I already had in my library, but I can't access anything that I have added in the last couple weeks. Any ideas?
I have Mac OSX Lion, itunes 10.5, and Virtual DJ Pro 7.0.5
Thanks!

This might help:
Go to settings, browser tab, and have virtual dj fix & check the directory where your files are stored.

I have a feeling that it may have something to do with the new file structure of itunes 10.5

I had the same problem, also for about a week now. The link in the previous post did indeed solve my problem. Some update must have caused the library to rename itself I guess.

VDJ isn't recognizing when new tracks are added in iTunes and need to be scanned.
I have to use a playlist in iTunes to manually add the new tracks to the search DB so that the filter for whether they've been scanned will work correctly.
A very minor issue but VDJ isn't as tight with iTunes as Serato Scratch Live is.

Fix this problem now! This is unacceptable for software that costs hundreds of dollars. This is a joke!!!!! Very disappointed!

VDJ and iTunes do not use the same database!
You need to add new music (folders or files) to VDJ serachdb and then do the BPM scan.
After that you will find the files also inside VDJ!
If you try to use iTunes playlists with VDJ you have to tell VDJ where to find!
This is what the link from above explain!

To add new music to VirtualDJ's database (So it's found when searching), please see:
