hey guys,
i got my hercules dj rm today i plugged it into my VDJ 7 and all effects work except the jog wheels?
they did with the lite vdj now with pro there is nothing...not even when i press the scratch button and it lights up nothing happens
what do i do?

Please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
Also, download and install the the latest firmware and drivers for the RMX: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20Device%20Drivers.html
