Hello Everyone,
I had a question about my virtual dj database. I know when updating my library, after adding a folder to search database, I always scan the folder for BPM's. Any quicker way to do this other than to just right click on the folder and select the "scan for bpm" option? A lot of songs in there... :-)
Other question, when searching for my music I wanted to know if there was a way to make it more sentative. Through reading I saw that I could type * or ? in blanks that I do not know the exact letter for. Is there a way to make it search the same way itunes searches? For example, in itunes I can type "fr sin sum" and Frank Sinatra's Summer Wind would come up.

Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Pre-Analysing%20Your%20Music%20Collection.html for an easier method to scan new songs for BPM.
The search cannot currently be changed from how it is now. However, this may be possible in future versions of the software.

Thank you for your responce, these filtered folders are cool! Really looking forward to the ability to search like I do in itunes, it helps greatly when I am looking for something but I do not know exactly how to spell it.
