Sujet Hercules Controller won't work with VDJ 6

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I have a hercules mk4 controller and it's unresponsive to the vdj 6 software on my Mac.
It works just fine w/ the vdj controller program that came w/ the controller, but when I try and use it on vdj 6
The hercules logo lights up and nothing happens but the controller itself is unresponsive

Thanks in advance.

register your version of pro so you can update to the latest version, that will fix the problem otherwise you can get a discount on upgrading

are you sure that this will fix it?

i just spent $150 to get a good copy for vdj to get my midi controller working and it still does not.

you probably need to rename the device to the driver name, mac doesn't use drivers, but vdj does to define them, hopefully a teamer will chime in though

Purchasing Pro will not magically fix your controller if it's not currently working with the LE that was included with it.

If its not working with the included LE software then there is another problem such as drivers/firmware issue, incorrect MIDI channels or even a hardware fault.

To begin with, please download the latest firmware from the manufacturer's website. Download links can be found on the following page: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html

Then install the most recent version of VirtualDJ LE from the Download Center. Register your VirtualDJ LE serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then go to: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

I was wondering if anyone knows what configurations I need to get the Serato CV02 timecode vinyls to work through VDJ
I'm running it through my hercules mk4 & using that as a mixer/ external sound card

Thank you
