Sujet HELP! DDJ-ERGO crossfader not working!

HELP, uninstalled my ddj driver and virtual LE,re-installed the driver then virtual LE, everything works when i start up but the cross fader does not work on the ddj-ergo? confused please help

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and the master volume on the ergo is not workin.
