I have this issue, and it went away for awhile, but now it's back when I re-installed the program.
The problem is this: I was using the 4 decks skin in 1280x1024 mode. So now I load a track on a deck on either side, I can only 'see' one track. So If I load a track on deck 2 (the red deck), If I load a track on deck 4 (the yellow deck) it doesn't show up on the top as the waveform. Now this poses a problem as I use my eyes and ears to do this, and this is no longer possible.
Anyone else have these issues??

On some skins the waveform can be toggled to different modes. If there is a WAVE button, try clicking it.
