100% new to this and was reading about minimum specs required and whats suggested. I noticed that suggested OS is Windows 7 Professional 32bit. I am looking at this laptop:

It has a 64bit OS, will VDJ still run, my controller is the NuMark Mixtrack Pro?
TIA.

Virtual DJ will run great on a 64 bit OS just fine. I use windows 7 64 bit and have not had much issue with virtual dj on it.

Make sure that you have the latest drivers and firmware for the DJ Console installed:

My new Dell laptop running 64-bit Windows 7 with 4Gb of RAM has ASIO problems with VDJ LE that came with my Hercules controller. I have no issue with Windows 7 32-bit running on another laptop
