Please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
If it still doesn't work after doing this, try using a MIDI tracing tool such as http://www.virtualdj.com/download/miditrace.exe to check that the crossfader and EQ are sending MIDI messages (Click on the Mixage in both the input/output sections and then move the crossfader.) You should see MIDI messages as you move it. If not, then it may be faulty and will need to be returned back to the store where you purchased it for replacement or refund.
If it is sending MIDI messages, make sure that the crossfader is not disabled in CONFIG -> Options. Also, try resetting the mapping back to the default. See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Reset%20controller%20back%20to%20default%20factory%20mapping.html
