I consider buying a laptop asus n56vz which have all usb ports in 3.0 standard, and here is my question, will it work with no problem with my Vestax Typhoon midi controller which works on VirtualDj ?

Depends on the USB chipset. Can you check what manufacturer it is?
Very much hit and miss at the moment with some hardware and USB3
Best to buy the laptop and try it out and return it if not suitable.

Be warned.
Some unscrupulous laptop manufacturers are refusing to accept returns on products unless you can *prove* that their hardware is causing a problem (i.e. not the hardware you're plugging into it). Even if you can prove it, they may say that they don't market the laptop as a 'DJ-ing laptop' and if it works for everything else, they are not obliged to replace/refund it.
This has happened to me with a Samsung laptop I bought recently, to the extent that I am now considering taking Samsung to the small claims court to get a refund.
Make sure you know what your right-to-return is before you buy an expensive item like a laptop!

Not necessarily, Best Buy has a 14 day return policy on laptops.
