is it worth getting pro version ?? or is it only good for the net search ??

it is up to what you want to to...there are dj`s working with an LE and there are home user working with the Pro Full...;-)
VDJ is worth each penny if you use the features of the Pro Full

All versions work with NetSearch - It's a separate optional music subscription service. Please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/What%20is%20NetSearch.html
Whether you need the full VirtualDJ Pro or not depends on your own personal requirements. If you don't need to use MIDI controllers, timecode or full-screen video then either VirtualDJ Basic or Broadcaster may be sufficient.
