I have two Numark NS6's. One purchased from Sweetwater, one purchased from G.C.
I got the one from Sweetwater first.
The knobs have gotten loose and wiggley. The play button and cue buttons were not responding as they should. I purchased the 2nd NS6 from G.C. so I can keep working while I sent the first one back to Sweetwater for repair. It is out of manufacturer warranty but inside of the extended warranty.
The 2nd NS6 has developed a problem with the switch/toggle on ch. 4. That NS6 is still under manufacturer warranty.
I wanted to wait for the first unit to come back from repair before sending the 2nd unit back to Numark.
The first unit cane back today and I'm livid! It's Not repaired. The knobs are still loose.
Sweetwater said they sent the unit to Numark for repair so I came them. The unit did NOT go to them at all.
I called Sweetwater and these said I have to send it back to them so they can send it out again for repair. That takes about two and a half months!
I can't send my other unit in yet because I need a working unit.
I have two units that are not at 100% but Sweetwater was supposed to have taken care of that.
I'M PISSED!!!
I just had to vent. I know some of you use Sweetwater and I'm wondering what kind of experience you may have had especially with repairs and their extended warranty.

This is one reason why I choose to buy from local stores despite a little price difference.
I am probably lucky with my NS6 as I haven't got any problem at all.
Hope you can find a quick work-around on your situation.
Goodluck!
